Who Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos should root for in Week 16 in the NFL

With three games remaining, the Broncos probably need three wins to make the playoffs. And even if they win all three games, they still might not get in.

The New York Times' playoff odds simulator says the 7-7 Broncos enter Week 16 with about a one-in-four chance of making the playoffs. With three wins, that number will jump to about four-in-five. With two wins, they're looking at about a one-in-10 chance.

But all of those numbers can change this week based on what plays out across the NFL.
