What are the Broncos doing at quarterback?

Nearly 30 NFL quarterbacks have found new teams in the past week.

None of them joined the Broncos.

Now, the quarterback market is virtually empty. Ryan Tannehill is probably the best remaining option.

What are the Broncos doing?

To me, there are two possibilities:

1 - The Broncos are rolling with a rookie

This is the most likely option.

Every quarterback that comes off the board in free agency or the trade market makes it more likely the Broncos are going to draft a quarterback. And that's why, personally, I'm thrilled the Broncos haven't made a move yet.
