Tyson Summers is no longer the defensive coordinator for Colorado State.
After being relieved of his play calling duties by CSU head football coach Jim Mora, Summers left the field in the first quarter against Oregon State on Saturday night. Following the 56-26 loss, CSU’s third straight disastrous defensive showing, Mora confirmed that Summers is no longer a member of the coaching staff.
“Tyson was relieved of his play calling duties,” Mora told reporters. “He left the field, and is no longer with this football program.”
