  • If NFL teams can play 20 games in just over 20 weeks, college players can play a condensed spring and normal fall schedule over a 9 month period.

  • This sucks but honestly I feel better knowing that players and coaches aren’t put into a situation that could blow back on them and everyone else involved. In the NFL, players can make opt out and mostly know that they still have employment going forward. Kids having to sign waivers to play in the hope of saving their professional chances going forward, is just brutal.

The Buffs don’t have any round 1 prospects at this point. Guys like that can simply skip out and know they’re good. I think this is best for all who aren’t actually on the field in some fashion. I feel for those employed in other aspects of these sports. It really sucks for them.

Have a good one, Henry. Stay safe.
