The Colorado Buffaloes fell from No. 20 to No. 23 in Monday’s AP Top 25 rankings, following a win over Arizona State and a loss to Arizona last weekend. Both games were on the road.

Arizona returned to the Top 25 after spending a week in the “others receiving votes” section. They’ll head into this week of games as the 22nd-ranked team in the country, one spot ahead of Colorado.

The Oregon Ducks round out the Pac-12’s three ranked teams, slotting in at 12th. The Ducks were ranked 8th last week but lost to Washington State over the weekend.

Two Pac-12 teams are receiving votes but aren’t in the Top 25; Stanford is tied for 31st in the country in the expanded rankings and USC is No. 43.

Two of Colorado’s non-conference opponents are ranked. The Kansas Jayhawks, who the Buffs lost to in December, jumped from No. 6 to No. 3. The Dayton Flyers, who Colorado beat in overtime in December, jumped from No. 13 to No. 7.

Northern Iowa, which beat Colorado in Boulder, is No. 29 in the expanded rankings.

Here’s what the Pac-12 standings look like heading into Week 4 of conference play:

  1. Stanford (4-1)
  2. USC (4-1)
  3. No. 12 Oregon (4-2)
  4. No. 23 Colorado (3-2)
  5. No. 22 Arizona (3-2)
  6. Washington State (3-3)
  7. Arizona State (2-3)
  8. UCLA (2-3)
  9. California (2-3)
  10. Oregon State (2-4)
  11. Washington (2-4)
  12. Utah (1-4)
