John Elway finally found some offensive line help in the sixth round of the draft.

The Broncos chose Arizona State guard Sam Jones with the 183rd pick, early in the sixth round. Jones attended ThunderRidge High School in Highlands Ranch.

Jones started five games for the Sun Devils during his redshirt freshman season and held onto the job through this year, his junior  season.

Jones is 6-foot-5 but only weighs 305 pounds, leading scouts to question whether he’s big enough to handle defensive linemen in the NFL, even though he’s very athletic for his position.

Ronald Leary will start at left guard for the Broncos this season, but the rest of the depth chart is filled with question marks.

The Broncos have two more picks in the draft, the 217 and the 226.
