ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos released an updated injury report ahead of Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams. The game is the second part of the NFL’s Christmas triple-header and kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.

Here’s what stands out:

  • Latavius Murray, Dalton Risner and K’Waun Williams all sat out Thursday’s practice which was held in the fieldhouse. Head coach Nathaniel Hackett said before practice that all three players have injuries that cause pain when they play on turf, so the decision was made to give them all the day off. Sunday’s game will be played on turf, but that won’t impact their availability.
  • Randy Gregory missed a second consecutive practice after returning from injured reserve last week. On Wednesday, Hackett said “maintenance” was the reason. On Thursday, it was “soreness.” Still, the Broncos are “hopeful” that he will play on Sunday.
  • Courtland Sutton appears to be on track to play on Sunday. Participating fully on Friday would signify that he’s in the red zone.
  • Aaron Donald missed last week’s game and still hasn’t practiced this week.
