I would play the chicken and send them both down initially. They can always be brought back up and in a few weeks Barberio etc. may be worth more as other teams realize that they need more defensive help. Of course if we start loosing my idea looks bad.

And what happens when Cole gets healthy? At least we’ll have seen some real games to make an evaluation by then…but a good problem to have.

Man, I love these first world problems. I think the answer in the murderous central where 1 point in the standings can mean everything, is to ice the best team possible in every game that counts. I really like Barb’s but it may be best for both parties if he’s waived and get’s a better opportunity elsewhere. The same is true for Graves. As for Connauton, that’s your press box guy until he’s not. He’s a replacement level guy at best and not worth much brain damage here.
