The county implemented a stay-at-home order just over two weeks ago that forbid any 18- to 22-year-olds from gathering. The order expired Thursday and will be replaced by new, less-intensive orders. Those orders will not apply to University of Colorado athletics activities, according to Howell.
NEW: Boulder County Board of Health approves 2 public health orders created by BCPH/CU that would allow for a gradual relaxation of restrictions on 18-22 y/os in Boulder County based on COVID-19 metrics. Doesn't immediately go into effect.
Details coming.

Following the county’s decision, Stanford and Cal are the only Pac-12 schools that appear to have local restrictions prohibiting them from practicing when camps are allowed to open Friday. On Wednesday, Cal head coach said the Bay Area schools “are anticipating getting clearance today or tomorrow.”
