Just like any other week, we’ve delved into the local outlets in Tucson to give you a look at what the Wildcats are saying about the Buffaloes heading into this weeks game.

Surprisingly, things were pretty light on the Wildcats front this week, but here’s what we dug up:

From ArizonaWildcats.com: Weekly press conference transcript – Colorado

Head Coach Rich Rodriguez On Colorado’s improvement over the years:

“They are more athletic on both sides of the ball. They play extremely hard. Their staff does a good job. They have won a couple games, but they’ve also been very close to beating some very good teams, especially at home. So our guys will understand that, and we know what a challenge it is. We’ve got a lot of things to get better at. Defensively, we played better which is good. Offensively, we’ve been moving the ball, but we also had some self-inflected errors that we need to fix.

From GOAZCATS.com: Rich Rodriguez (Oct. 13)

Rodriguez On Sefo Liufau:

He looks like he’s getting bigger and stronger every year, more confident, in that system now for a couple years, he can make all the throws. You know what else, he reminds you of Mariota in that he’s hard to bring down, he’s a big guy. There’s a lot of time where guys will come free and he’ll shake off a sack because he’s a pretty big guy.

From GOAZCATS.com: Video – Will Parks talks big hit, Colorado

Will Parks on Colorado:

“They’re way better, I was just telling a lot of people that. This isn’t Colorado, this is a new team, they’ve been pretty good this year. I watched on TV when they played Colorado State and they looked pretty good. We’re looking forward to going out there and competing out there, it’ll be good for us.”
