DENVER — Colorado Rockies outfielder Raimel Tapia made his MLB debut as a pinch-hitter in the seventh inning of last night’s contest against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
In true Tapia fashion, we swung at the first pitch and put it in play. The ball bounced just high enough for Tapia to leg out an infield single and the first of what will likely be very many hits in his career was written into the record books.
