Go Joe, go!
Colorado State University and the Denver Broncos have a strong relationship in multiple ways, including their Denver Broncos Sports Management Institute which began being offered as a minor in the sports management degree in the spring of 2015.
Beyond that partnership, current Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak had two sons, Klay and Klint, play football at CSU in the 2000s; Kubiak has been fond of former Rams players ever since, both in Houston and now in the Mile High City. There are three former Colorado State players who suit up for the world champion Broncos now; tackle Ty Sambrailo, outside linebacker Shquil Barrett and running back Kapri Bibbs. Oh, and don’t forget about recent former Rams turned Broncos like Joel Dreessen, Bradley Van Pelt, Shelley Smith and many more.
But, could Joe Hansley be the next to go from green and gold to orange and blue?
Today, the wide receiver was one of nine to take part in the Broncos local day and 104.3 The Fan was there to catch him running routes.

Nice grab by @CSUFootball's Joe Hansley. pic.twitter.com/2lfuGjAYU5

Looking smooth @JoeHansley https://t.co/aqlnQga9vA

But it wasn’t all perfect:
.@CSUFootball's Joe Hansley drops a deep pass, uncorks an anguished f-bomb as he decelerates. Lot on the line for these guys. Much pressure.

Didn't have a great day from my vantage. Dropped two catchable balls. https://t.co/cpLuNIRQmU

It can be, but he ran some good routes and adjusted well to the ball in flight. https://t.co/IosdgC7BRh

We’re waiting to hear more on how Hansley performed from those who were there, but we’re certainly wishing him the best at becoming a “Next Level Ram.”
