The night before the Colorado Buffaloes were set to report to fall camp, sophomore cornerback Anthony Julmisse was arrested in Boulder.

In an arrest report on the Boulder Police Department website, Julmisse was charged with third-degree assault, two counts of harassment and one count of domestic violence.

Julmisse is being held without bond until a court appearance at 1:30p.m. Friday.

The University sent the following statement to Ralphie Report concerning the incident:

“Anthony has been suspended indefinitely from all team activities and we will determine any further disciplinary action after receiving more information,” coach Mike MacIntyre said.

“I am very troubled by these allegations, as they do not represent the values of our university and our football program. I have reported the allegations to the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance so that it may conduct any appropriate inquiries.”

Listed atop the most recent depth chart at the corner position ahead of Dante Wigley and Ronnie Blackmon, and across from veteran Isaiah Oliver, Julmisse was a presumed starter for the 2017 season. He had a hand in every phase of the game as a freshman, lining up on offense, defense and special teams. Julmisse was expected to be a big contributor during his sophomore season.
