Denver Nuggets rookie Tyler Lydon underwent successful knee surgery Friday to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee, league sources told BSN Denver. Lydon injured his knee Wednesday while playing for the G League's Rio Grande Valley Vipers. The team announced in a press release Friday that the surgery was a success and performed by UCHealth surgeon Dr. Armando Vidal.
Lydon scored 12 points on 5-10 shooting, went 1-3 from three-point range, registered six rebounds, three assists, and one steal in his one G-League appearance.
