SPONSORED: HVAC company helps out woman in a bind

April 19, 2016

With an ever-changing climate, residents in Colorado can find themselves in dire need of HVAC services at a moments notice. That’s the situation Kristen M. found herself in during a cold January in 2015. Her tenants water heater wasn’t working and she had to get it fixed fast.

Kristen M. from Denver

“When we called a company to come out and fix a broken water heater in one of our units, they informed us that it would take 7-10 days to get the part needed and suggested we just get a new water heater for $2,200,” she exclaimed.

“Our tenant could not go that long without hot water, so we called another different kind of company vendor and asked for a referral for a vendor that would be good with water heater appliances.  They referred Jeff at Premier Mechanical.”

Fortunately for Kristen, that was the last call she was going to have to make. One of the big reasons Premier Mechanical has the reputation that it does is because they don’t hire subcontractors like many other company’s do. And they are fully licensed and insured which isn’t as common as you’d think it is.

“When I called Jeff, he was able to quote me the service call amount, the hourly rate, and potentially the part needed,” said Kristen. “He showed up the very next morning at 8am, got the part needed and it cost us a lot less than the other company quoted.”

“He was personable and friendly and we’ll definitely be using him again,” she added.

If you are having any kind of HVAC issue, call Premier Mechanical at 720-207-8216, like Kristen did.

SUMMER IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER: Premier Mechanical is offering a $79 AC check-up that includes a 3-part airflow inspection, refrigerant pressure analysis, and an electronic component inspection.
