It’s easy to get caught up in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft, but draft classes are made on the second day of the draft, where teams are really able to add key pieces and draft classes begin to take shape. So here’s our preview of the second round, with a full mock draft as there’s still tons of talent available.

33. Green Bay Packers (from Browns) – Chidobe Awuzie, DB, Colorado

Awuzie fits perfectly for the Packers who need more help at corner. They’re also a team rumored to be interested in Joe Mixon who could be a dark horse pick here.

34. Seattle Seahawks (from 49ers) –  Forrest Lamp, OG, Western Kentucky

The Hawks moved down and still have two really nice options available to them on the offensive line in Lamp and Cam Robinson. They could go with either but Lamp’s versatility pushes him over the top here.

35. Jacksonville Jaguars – Budda Baker, FS, Washington

The Jags got their running back last night now they get a playmaking safety to improve their defense.

36. Chicago Bears – Jordan Willis, EDGE, Kansas State

Chicago’s got their quarterback, now they address the defense with Willis who’s a no-nonsense type of player with intriguing athletic upside.

37. Los Angeles Rams – JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, USC

The Rams finally get to pick and they go with a hometown boy who’s one of the youngest players in the draft with intriguing potential.

38. Los Angeles Chargers – Obi Melifonwu, S, Uconn

After passing on some talented defensive backs last night the Bolts get one here in Melinfonwu who’s a freak athlete with great size.

39. New York Jets – Bucky Hodges, TE, Virginia Tech

The Jets need a quarterback and could be tempted here, instead, they go for a miss match nightmare in Hodges.

40. Carolina Panthers – Malik McDowell, DE, Michigan State

McDowell’s inconsistent but he fits the mold of a Panthers defensive end with great size. If he gets some coaching watch out!

41. Cincinnati Bengals – Zach Cunningham, LB, Vanderbilt

Rumored to be another team interested in Mixon the Bengals address their defense instead, adding Cunningham at middle linebacker.

42. New Orleans Saints – Derek Rivers, EDGE, Youngstown State

The Saints already helped their “D” by adding an elite cornerback prospect, here they get the speedy edge rusher they’re missing.

43. Philadelphia Eagles – Kevin King, DB, Washington

The Eagles could go with Dalvin Cook to upgrade their offense, but they stick with their defense taking King who they’re rumored to covet.

44. Buffalo Bills – ArDarius Stewart, WR, Alabama

The Bills already added a corner and they add some speed at receiver with Stewart who can make plays out the backfield or on reverses as well.

45. Arizona Cardinals – DeShone Kizer, QB, Notre Dame

The Cards get their quarterback of the future here in Kizer who could slip if they don’t believe in him as there aren’t many other potential suitors around in round two.

46. Indianapolis Colts – Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama

The Colts need line help and while he’s raw Robinson’s upside shouldn’t make him last for long.

47. Baltimore Ravens – Taylor Moton, RT, Western Michigan

Moton can play right tackle or guard which is exactly what the Ravens need. He’s also been compared to Kelechi Osemele a player the Ravens miss.

48. Minnesota Vikings – Dalvin Cook, RB, Florida State

Cook’s fall ends here as the Vikings need a playmaking back and he fits the bill.

49. Washington Redskins – Alvin Kamara, RB, Tennessee

After addressing the interior of their defense the Redskins add a running back who can help them in a variety of ways.

50. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – D’Onta Foreman, RB, Texas

The Buccaneers improve their ground game with the addition of Foreman who can be a bell cow and take pressure off the rest of the offense.

51. Denver Broncos – Curtis Samuels, WR/RB, Ohio State

A bit of a run on running backs here, the Broncos are lucky to have it end with Samuels who’s the next best thing this side of Christian McCaffrey as far as versatile offensive weapons go. He’s a talented playmaker with great speed and explosiveness in addition to some infringing route running skills. He’d be a great slot receiver and

52. Cleveland Browns (from Titans) – Fabian Moreau, CB, UCLA

Moreau is supremely athletic with good size, a trend for all of the Browns three picks so far, look for it to continue.

53. Detroit Lions – Carl Lawson, DE, Auburn

The Lions add some pass rush in Lawson who’d have gone yesterday if not for his injury history.

54. Miami Dolphins – Tim Williams, OLB/EDGE, Alabama

Williams is a gamble off the field but he’s a devastating speed rusher who can disrupt quarterbacks. Miami needs that.

55. New York Giants – Antonio Garcia, OT, Troy

After adding a tight end the Giants address their line by adding Garcia who’s got great upside in pass protection to play left tackle. The Giants are desperate for exactly that.

56. Oakland Raiders – Joe Mixon, RB, Oklahoma

Mixon goes here as the Raiders could also go with a linebacker but need more young legs in their offensive backfield.

57. Houston Texans – Ahkello Witherspoon, CB, Colorado

The Texans better make this pick count as they won’t be drafting this high next year. They address their hole at cornerback with Witherspoon who’s ceiling is as high as anyone’s in this class.

58. Seattle Seahawks – Quincy Wilson, CB/S, Florida

The Seahawks add some secondary help after having gone offensive line earlier with Lamp.

59. Kansas City Chiefs – Raekwon McMillan, ILB, Ohio Sate

The Chiefs go defense here with a great value pick in McMillan who could some day replace Derrick Johnson.

60. Dallas Cowboys – Cordrea Tankersley, CB, Clemson

Dallas sticks to the defensive side of the ball as they’re still desperate for corners. Tankersley’s a great fit.

61. Green Bay Packers – Tyus Bowser, OLB/EDGE, Houston

The Packers need more linebackers and Bowser would be great in their scheme. He’s ultra athletic and versatile.

62. Pittsburgh Steelers – Sidney Jones, CB, Washington

Jones could slip further due to an Achilles injury that should keep him out the first month of the season but he’d be a great pick for the Steelers who need him.

63. Atlanta Falcons  – Dan Feeney, OG, Indiana

The Falcons get a top guard here after adding a dynamic pass rusher last night.

64. Carolina Panthers (from Patriots) – Josh Jones, S, NC State

With their second pick in the round, the Panthers go after the ultra-athletic intimidator Jones as their safeties need help.
