Ryan Edwards Show: CSU to the Big 12?

Ryan began the show with the Top-4 Trends and, as a CSU alumni, he is fired up about the Big XII expansion news. Ryan still considers it a longshot, but there are definite arguments to be made why CSU should be in the mix if the Big XII decides to add four universities.

The second trend covered the Broncos training camp starting in one week and some of the things Ryan is looking forward to. The third story was based on Vic Lombardi’s tweet about Juancho Hernangomez and whether or not the Nuggets are seriously considering bringing him over this season. The final story was on the Rockies struggles vs the Rays what they should do at the trade deadline.

In the second segment, Nate Kreckman (@NateKreckman) from Altitude Radio joined the show to discuss the Rockies, Broncos and the possibility of CSU being added to the Big 12.

In the third segment, we dove deeper into the Big 12 expansion conversation and talked to Keegan Pope (@bykeeganpope) from Rivals.com. He was very optimistic about Colorado State’s chances of being added.

Finally, Ryan talked about what he is looking forward to and gave a special shoutout to his brother-in-law Gabe Mervine as he plays trumpet for The Motet and they are headlining Red Rocks tomorrow night.
