On this episode of the BSN Rockies Podcast, Drew Creasman takes a look at a few ways in which the combination of Carlos Gonzalez, Ian Desmond, Ryan McMahon, and the young outfielders might create a kind of super platoon, giving the Rockies ultimate flexibility in 2018. Plus a few more thoughts on how Colorado intends to play their entire roster including some guys you might not expect getting a bit of additional rest.

Drew –
I lost my charger last week and … it isn’t even available on-the-shelf at a local store. I had to order either way. The times we live in!!

AWESOME podcast Drew. This is where I stand on the CarGo signing and want to get you thoughts on it. If CarGo is a bench guy, no one would care at the end of the season. But if he is an everyday starter, I think two things would happen: one, if the Rockies make it to the NLCS or the World Series, people will look back at the signing as the greatest move in Rockies history. Or two, they miss the playoffs entirely and people will point the finger at CarGo. CarGo might be the QB of this team: if the team is successful it will be other players, if they fail all the blame will be thrown onto him. Your thoughts?
