Hi Drew, Question based on last night’s 7-6 loss to San Diego. What are your thoughts on the psychological state of the team? We have a lot knowledge about how organizations have cultures and DNA re: behaviors and responses to external pressures. We also know a lot about the metal side of winning and losing. I’m wondering if the Rockies have some head games going on, maybe because of the high expectations at the start of the season and their pitching youth. You give the fans a therapy session now and then; does the team need one? Larry
