Rashard Higgins goes "Hollywood" at NFL Combine

Rashard Higgins, the pride of Colorado State University.

Higgins is hands down the greatest receiver in CSU Football history, the numbers speak for themselves. He’s the career leader in yards, touchdowns and receptions and it only took “Hollywood” Higgins three years to accomplish the feat.

That may be part of the reason he skipped his senior season and declared eligible for the 2016 NFL Draft, maybe he was just tired of using and abusing college defensive backs. Now, it’s time to take his show on the road, to the big time, the NFL.

Higgins is attending the NFL Scouting Combine this week, one of two Rams — defensive back DeAndre Elliott is the other — in Indianapolis, Indiana to show off his talents.

Of course, Rashard being him, it didn’t take long for “Hollywood” to take center stage:

Want more Higgins?

We interviewed David Robinson, who’s been training with Rashard since the receiver was in the ninth grade. There’s a ton of information you likely don’t know about Higgins, including what sets him apart from other receivers. Here’s a hint: He can run the entire route tree.

And, he sat down on camera with Yahoo! for this Combine Confessional.

We’re hoping to have an exclusive interview with Rashard Higgins following his NFL Scouting Combine. Until then, watch “Hollywood” put his skills to the test on Saturday with the rest of the wide receivers.

The NFL Scouting Combine is televised on NFL Network and coverage begins at 7 a.m. ET each day from now through Monday.
