Rashard “Hollywood” Higgins is the surefire bet to become the very next “Next Level Ram.”
Without a doubt, Higgins is the greatest receiver in the history of Colorado State Rams football. He set the Rams’ single-season records for receptions (96), yards (1,750) and touchdowns (17) in his sophomore season, becoming only the third ever consensus All-American in CSU history. And when his career was all said and done following last season, Higgins attended three bowl games and finished the career leader in the three categories — 238 receptions, 3,643 yards and 31 TDs.
In the lead up to the NFL Draft, we put out an extensive Draft profile of Higgins, and there’s been much said of the receiver around the web by experts across the nation.
So, which teams in particular are interested in landing “Hollywood’s” services?
First and foremost, the Denver Broncos met with Higgins during the NFL Combine and his Pro Day on March 9. CSU/Broncos fans would love to see him come to the Mile High City, and Joe Hansley worked out with the orange and blue on Tuesday during their local day.
Then, last week, Higgins was flown to Minnesota to meet with the Vikings:

I was raised to give credit where credit is due. Special Thanks to the entire Vikings organization for your time and hospitality!

Then, on Friday, Higgins was working out with the Dallas Cowboys during their local day:

Dallas is the only team to formally workout the receiver, while his trainer David Robinson told BSN today he will be worked out by the Los Angeles Rams on Wednesday, April 20 in his native Dallas.
Also interested in “Hollywood” is the New Orleans Saints, who notably drafted Garrett Grayson in the third round last year. Could Grayson and Higgins be reunited in New Orleans? It’s a definite possibility. Grayson is currently behind Drew Brees on the depth chart, but Brees was injured last season and at 37-years old, is getting up there in age. It could be Grayson’s time to shine down south, soon.
Where Higgins will land, nobody knows. But, it’s exciting for Ram Nation to see him being explored as an option by so many teams.
