The offense lacks identity. BFN has not been good. That being said I don’t put all of the struggles entirely on him – the wide receivers are not good, and frankly we shouldn’t be shocked by that. Norvell brought in LB and Kojo Antwi in the offseason expecting them to be the top 2 WRs and CSU is playing without either of them. They tried the PR spin about spreading the ball out but if you look at the NFL as a model, good teams are trying to find an advantage at WR by stacking elite level talent as much as possible (Bucs, Lions, Rams, etc).

Defense largely didn’t play terribly but this isn’t a vaunted front by any stretch. Play calling is uninspiring. Jaxxon Warren was invisible from the game plan.

The MW is weak, there’s no clear team at the top. CSU still has the talent to play without either anybody and 8-9 wins wouldn’t surprise me. But the goal needs to be about becoming a CFP level team sooner than later.

Justin,
Hubris DNA, not champion DNA. Arrogant attitude, like BFN and team shows combined with no intensity and lack of commitment is their DNA. Who instilled it, Norvell. It is very hard to be a Ram fan.
