Jim Mora might just have a couple of aces in his pocket with Hauss Hejny and K’Saan Farrar. When it comes to naming Colorado State’s starting quarterback for the 2026 season, though, the veteran football coach is not trying to tip his hand any sooner than he has to.
“We’re going to name a starter probably about 4:02 p.m. on September 5th, not before that,” Mora said with a smile following practice on Monday. “So you can keep asking me, but I’m going to keep giving that answer.”
