The Denver Broncos host the Cincinnati Bengals at Sports Authority Field at Mile High on Monday night in a game with massive playoff implications. Here are BSN Denver’s predictions for the game:

Ken Pomponio

Final score: Broncos 20, Bengals 13
Player of the game: Malik Jackson
Darkhorse player of the game: Vernon Davis
Forget what the schedule says, this is a playoff game for the Broncos. At 10-4 with a post-season berth still not assured — and with the scorching-hot Chiefs only a half-game behind — the Orange & Blue definitely need the game more than the Bengals, who already have wrapped up the AFC North title. The Broncos also have the more experienced QB and the home-field advantage and the aforementioned will add up to a Broncos’ win in a tight tussle between two of the league’s top-five scoring defenses. I’ll even get a little extra crazy and predict the Broncos will score some second-half points.

Final score: Broncos 24, Bengals 20
Player of the game: Emmanuel Sanders
Darkhorse player of the game: Darian Stewart
Mile High rockin’, playoff birth on the line, inexperienced quarterback on the road, in the cold, going up against one of the best defenses in the league — to me, it adds up to a Denver Broncos victory, but it won’t be easy. The Denver “O” will have their own struggles but Emmanuel Sanders will help bail them out with some big-time plays down the field, “splash” plays as he likes to call them. On the other side, the return of Darian Stewart will be a welcome addition to the defense as he makes a huge interception helping the Broncos to a win and a playoff birth.

Adam Kinney

Final score: Broncos 27, Bengals 13
Player of the game: Derek Wolfe
Darkhorse player of the game: Brock Osweiler
Broncos clinch a playoff birth on Monday night and have the number 2 seed in the playoffs in their sights in a win over the Dalton-less bengals. A.J. McCarron didn’t have to do much in his first start against the depleted 49ers and will have a much tougher test against the Broncos defense. They will have to rely on Jeremy Hill and Giovani Bernard a great deal with and inexperienced quarterback and the Broncos run defense has arguably been better than their pass defense in recent weeks. Derek Wolfe will prove to be vital in both against the run and getting pressure up the middle to force mistakes from Mr. Kathrine Webb (McCarron). Brock Osweiler finally silences the critics and puts a full 4 quarters together in a blowout win for the Broncos.
