Colton jumps into the show with ‘The Breakdown’ by talking about some former Raptors (and now former Dallas Jackals) on the move, a weekly update on the Colorado XOs, and all of the rugby you can watch this weekend (0:00-12:14). After ‘The Breakdown’, Colton chats with Colorado XO fullback Daytwon Sheridan about transitioning to rugby after college football, why he doesn’t tie his shoes, and how his skills have progressed over the last few months (12:15-33:11). After chatting with Daytwon, Colton gives you another break from ‘Required Reading’ and closes the show with ‘The Loop’ (33:12-34:53).

Daytwon Sheridan played football at Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas before switching to rugby. He got his taste of the sport at “The Next Olympic Hopeful” camp in Colorado Springs, and continued playing with the San Antonio Rugby Club following the camp.
