Photo Gallery: Children's Hospital Colorado patients ready for trip to spring training

For the sixth year in a row, Children’s Hospital Colorado’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders is working with the Colorado Rockies to send 27 patients on a weekend trip to spring training.

This year’s trip is supported by the Jason Motte foundation. The kids will get to meet their favorite Rockies players and make new friends, many on their first time away from home, to help boost morale on the road to recovery.

The Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation is an independent charitable organization with 16 locations in Colorado serving nearly 225,000 patients a year.
