New member. Longtime Nuggets fan. I have not been more excited for a Nuggets squad in…? I love how AG should fit in with the starting unit somewhat seamlessly. After watching game 1 of the GC (Gary Clark) era I am even more excited about the promise of just how challenging it will be for opposing teams to game plan for this starting unit. If AG can accept his role as the 4th, even 5th option on offense at times, we are good to go. I am going to have dreams about the floor spacing that will be created and how Jokic gets to have an even finer canvas to paint on.

Great breakdown Adam.
After watching the Nuggets dismantle the Hawks, I’m feeling bold and giddy. I know it’s just one game, but having Gordon out there is so great. I love that he wants to fit in, he seems to understand spacing well, and he can defend. I’m thinking to all the times when Malone chose defense over offense last year and so Torrey was playing, and while I loved his hustle and effort, the frustration from Jokic was boiling over. Now with AG in the lineup and MPJ buying in on defense, when we’re on offense the opposing defense has to guard everyone. So much space to work with!
