Road win against one of the best teams in the WC on a B2B, and no one grades above a B?

have to say the grading system sucks. Craig played great defense against Westbrook and all he gets is a C? Plumlee should have an A the way he played. Get a better grading system like the Avs reports do as this is atrocious

Those are fair complaints guys, just remember the grades are based off our proprietary metric which takes into account historical context to differentiate great performances. When you consider the NBA’s 60 plus year history, I’m not sure any performance from Saturday deserved more than a B.
Statistically speaking Craig’s game is an average NBA performance, same with Plumlee. Craig’s defensive rating was his fifth best of the season, so while he “locked down” Westbrook, per that stat he’s actually played better defense in four other games this season alone.
Like the Avs and Broncos grades, we are trying to find a way to include more of the eye test to do a better job of putting things into context, so stay tuned for that.
Thanks for the comments love that this got some debate going!
