Its official, Nuggets are in the slump after All-Star break. This was awful game, probably worst of the season, they were utterly lost at both ends, there wasn’t bright spot on the team and in addition Faried and Barton were dead weights that drowned Denver, but I don’t blame them individually, anyone can have bad day but problem is that on this poorly balanced roster some players are irreplaceable, especially Faried’s athleticism and Barton’s competent shooting, I was surprised FO failed to get additional SG during this trade period…DJ was good acquisition but team lost Foye in the process and roster staid unbalanced…

Malone is good coach, one of the best in the NBA I would say, but 2 things I don’t like are:

1. that he give free reins on the court, so its hard to get them back if things get messy…

2. Team leave too much space on the perimeter defensively and still fail to get rebounds, even below average shooters will shoot high percentages if given so much space, sure it can be good gamble at times but its not smart at long runs…

What I hated the most this game was offense against Boston tight D, plays were not called and even good old movement without the ball was missing, players look utterly lost and start to panic…Same thing happens all the time, they need to learn how to deal with teams like Celtics and Spurs, at lest they should learn something from their own mistakes, it could be good thing we had this many games against Boston…
