I think they’d want more than that for Griffin and I don’t think Arthur can be traded this season (maybe not without his consent) because of a CBA rule.

Bill Simmons suggested, Gallo, Faried, and Barton. Plus, maybe a first rounder as well. But that seems to steep a price to me.

Griffin is great player, but I wouldn’t trade him for Gallo, Arthur deal, let alone Gallo, Faried, Barton…Nuggets already have too few reliable players making roster even shorter make no sense. I would trade them only for some underrated young players plus future picks

My point is that 1st unit (Jokic, Faried, Gallo, Harris, Mudiay) already looks good, yes they need to improve defense and Mudiay to limit FG attempts and turnovers but they are improving at rapid pace. 2nd unit is problem, you cant play season consistently with 8-9 players, thats one of the main reasons behind so many injuries.

I would expect it to take something like Gallinari, Faried and Barton or Nurkic for Griffin and taking on Lance Stephenson.

Clippers would agree to take Gallo, Faried and Denver’s top 2016 1st Rd pick with some future considerations in a heartbeat in exchange for Griffin once they find out there will be no better available offers. I think Denver will reach a consensus that this is their best way to get an All-Star instead of waiting 3-4 years for player development.
