Wow love this article Harrison. I like all these trades of course every trade has pros and cons. My favorite is Kelly Olynyk a huge upgrade to the bench in my opinion.
Bogdan Bogdanovic is another 1 which he brings playmaking and scoring. My under the radar trade is Kispert he’s a sniper.

All three of those would be great. Kispert is pretty much like KCP on offense, but not defense.

It’s apparent that any trade would require the unloading of Zeke and/or Reggie’s cap hit. Probably obvious enough that even the buffoons that pilot most other NBA organizations know the Nuggets are handcuffed by those two contracts, which puts the nuggets in an unfavorable bargaining position. Rather than Nnaji being an asset, it wouldn’t shock me if Denver had to pay draft picks to another team to take Zeke’s contract. There was a time that he was a real prospect, but the combination of injuries and poor development on the team’s part has turned his contract into a liability.

As for Reggie, is Dennis Schroder or Vasilije Micic actually an upgrade? I have doubts.gif

If the nuggets trade for Josh Giddey, I never give another dime to KSE. Ethics > sporting triumphs.

Here’s the thing with Zeke. If they let him go and didn’t sign him to that extension, they would have lost him for nothing and wouldn’t have been able to replace him. It’s not like they would have been able to sign someone — except on a minimum contract — to take his place. Even if they trade him plus a pick to get someone, it’s probably a win. Of course it depends on who that player is.

I do think both those guys are upgrades of Reggie.
