The Denver Nuggets will be without a key piece of their bench unit for Monday night’s matchup with the Golden State Warriors.
Kenneth Faried, who is dealing with low back pain, will not play. Darrell Arthur, who has been hampered all season by left knee soreness, will not play as well.
Faried played just 12 minutes, scored six points and grabbed six rebounds in Denver’s 124-122 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers Friday and practiced Sunday but popped up on the Nuggets’ injury report Monday morning.
For the Warriors, Patrick McCaw will not play due to flu-like symptoms.
