After holding training camp in Colorado Springs at the Olympic Training Center last year, the Denver Nuggets will travel east to Omaha, Nebraska and prep for the season at the Creighton University from Sep. 27 through Oct. 2.
#Nuggets coach Michael Malone wants more space for camp than the team's practice facility can provide. Creighton is this year's solution.

The Nuggets are planning on six practices during their time in Omaha, three of which will be two-a-days. Their last practice is scheduled for Oct. 2 with their first preseason game coming on Oct. 3 in Calgary, Alberta where they will play the Toronto Raptors.
Denver will bring 20 players to training camp after reportedly agreeing to terms with Robbie Hummel, Jarnell Stokes, Nate Wolters, and D.J. Kennedy this summer. Those four will presumably compete for the team’s last roster spot with Axel Toupane and JaKarr Sampson who spent parts of last season with the Nuggets.
The Nuggets’ fourth preseason game will be played at Pinnacle Bank Arena on the campus of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, located about an hour south of Creighton.
Media day is Sep. 26 at Pepsi Center.
