Nuggets Las Vegas Summer League schedule announced

The NBA announced today the 67-game schedule for the Samsung NBA Summer League 2016. The showcase of young NBA talent from 23 NBA teams and the D-League Select team will run from July 8-18 at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

The Nuggets will open their Summer League schedule with a clash against the Minnesota Timberwolves on July 8 at 6:30 pm (MT). They will also play Memphis July 9 at 6 pm (MT) and Miami on July 11 at 6 pm (MT).

Denver’s Summer League team figures to be strong, with up-and-coming players Emmanuel Mudiay, and Gary Harris likely leading the team. The Nuggets will also have potentially three first-round draft picks competing on their Summer League squad.

Summer League will feature three preliminary round games from July 8-12 before the teams are seeded in a tournament that starts on July 13. The Championship Game will be played on July 18. Each team will play at least five games.

ESPN will present all 67 games across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPNU and WatchESPN platforms.
