Nuggets game day: Denver makes a change at practice to spark offense

In an attempt to jolt his team’s offense to life, Nuggets coach Michael Malone switched things up at Wednesday’s practice. Instead of getting up and down on the team’s designated practice court, Malone decided Denver should get a sweat in on the main floor at Pepsi Center.
