Multiple teams interested in Will Barton

Retaining Will Barton was said to be one of the Denver Nuggets’ top priorities entering free agency, but other teams might be making that difficult.

The Nuggets acquired Barton at the trade deadline in a deal with Portland that sent Arron Afflalo to the Blazers. Barton excelled in a bench role for Denver, averaging 11.0 points per game, 4.6 rebounds per game and 1.2 steals per game in 28 games played with the Nuggets.
