Without further ado, let’s take a glance at the top 100 unrestricted free agents on the market as of the morning of March 16, when the legal-tampering period begins:

*** Updated 12:05 a.m. March 17 ***

1. QB Drew Brees, New Orleans
He stated on Instagram last month that he intends to return to the Saints. Will he give a discount?

2. CB Byron Jones, Dallas
It is no surprise that Jones will be the league’s highest-paid cornerback as he joins the Miami Dolphins on a five-year deal that could be worth a reported $82.5 million if he plays out the length of the deal.

3. CB Chris Harris Jr., Denver
Bradley Roby is getting a reported $12 million a year from Houston and A.J. Bouye will get over $13 million a year from the Broncos to effectively replace him. Even at age 31, Harris should be in that realm.

4. TE Austin Hooper, Atlanta
One of the first dominoes to fall, Hooper agreed to a contract with the Browns that will make him the highest-paid tight end in the NFL.

5. WR Amari Cooper, Dallas
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Cooper agreed to a five-year contract worth $100 million, including $60 million of guaranteed money.

6. QB Tom Brady, New England
With Ryan Tannehill returning to the Titans and the 49ers sticking with Jimmy Garoppolo, Brady’s options have narrowed. Caveat emptor: His performance has declined across the board over the last three seasons. Still, he’s Tom Brady. A short-term solution, yes. What he was in 2016, no. That’s still an upgrade for someone if the Patriots pass.

7. QB Teddy Bridgewater, New Orleans
For a team that has dealt with a turnover problem, the mistake-free Bridgewater is a potential remedy.

8. CB James Bradberry, Carolina
Giants general manager Dave Gettleman drafted him in 2016 while guiding the Panthers. Now they reunite, with Bradberry signing a deal worth a potential $45 million over three years, per Schefter.

9. QB Philip Rivers, L.A. Chargers
Indianapolis offers an ideal fit. He doesn’t need to learn a new offense and he had three solid years when Colts head coach Frank Reich was on the Chargers’ staff.

10. Edge rusher Dante Fowler, L.A. Rams
Finally, the promise became production for Fowler in 2019, when he notched a career-high 11.5 sacks. He hits the market at the perfect time.

11. Edge rusher Jadeveon Clowney, Seattle

12. OT Jack Conklin, Tennessee
Tennessee didn’t have much room for Conklin after re-signing Ryan Tannehill and placing the franchise tag on Derrick Henry, leaving Conklin to head for the Browns. Cleveland’s offensive line needed a massive rebuild, and Conklin is the first big piece.

13. DL Arik Armstead, San Francisco

All signs point to Armstead staying with the 49ers after a breakthrough 2019 season in which he posted more sacks (10) than he notched in his first four seasons combined.

14. Edge rusher Robert Quinn, Dallas

15. S Anthony Harris, Minnesota
The Vikings tagged Harris in the final half-hour before the legal-tampering period began.

16. CB Xavier Rhodes, ex-Minnesota
17. LB Joe Schobert, Cleveland
18. WR Robby Anderson, N.Y. Jets

19. G Joe Thuney, New England
The Patriots slapped the franchise tag on him in the final hour before the deadline, but this could be a precursor to a trade.

20. NT/DT D.J. Reader, Houston

21. NT Javon Hargrave, Pittsburgh
Hargrave will earn a reported $13 million per year on a three-year contract, giving the Eagles a massive — and expensive — defensive interior by pairing him with Fletcher Cox.

22. CB Kendall Fuller, Kansas City
Fuller agreed to a four-year, $40 million contract to rejoin the Redskins, who traded him to Kansas City in the Alex Smith trade of 2018.

23. Edge rusher Bud Dupree, Pittsburgh
The Steelers used a franchise tag on him March 16.

24. G/C Graham Glasgow, Detroit
A four-year, $44 million contract as reported by Adam Schefter will give the Broncos what they hope is a reliable presence on the interior. Glasgow has played in 64 consecutive games.

25. CB Darqueze Dennard, Cincinnati

26. LB Kyle Van Noy, New England
Miami’s defensive makeover will include Van Noy, who agreed to a four-year deal to reunite with Brian Flores.

27. DL Derek Wolfe, Denver
With Calais Campbell traded to Baltimore, a possibility for replacing Wolfe left the Broncos’ radar. He is prepared to leave, but perhaps the door is still ajar to a return?

28. S Jimmie Ward, San Francisco
Ward is expected to sign a three-year, $28.5 million deal to stay with the 49ers, per ESPN and Adam Caplan.

29. Edge rusher Mario Addison, Carolina/strong>
Per an ESPN report, Addison will be the latest Panther to follow former Carolina defensive coordinator Sean McDermott and executive Brandon Beane to Buffalo, agreeing to a 3-year contract.

30. NT Michael Pierce, Baltimore
31. CB Prince Amukamara, ex-Chicago
32. OT Jason Peters, Philadelphia
33. LB Cory Littleton, L.A. Rams
34. Edge rusher Everton Griffen, Minnesota
35. RB Melvin Gordon, L.A. Chargers
36. S Will Parks, Denver

37. LB Nick Kwiatkoski, Chicago
The full-time starting gig that eluded him with the Bears will now come in Las Vegas, where he will see his former defensive coordinator, Vic Fangio, twice a season.

38. CB Jimmy Smith, Baltimore
39. OT Daryl Williams, Carolina
40. Edge rusher Markus Golden, N.Y. Giants
41. WR Emmanuel Sanders, San Francisco
42. CB Ronald Darby, Philadelphia
43. DE Olivier Vernon, Cleveland
44. S Ha-Ha Clinton Dix, Chicago
45. Edge rusher Emmanuel Ogbah, Kansas City
46. DL Quinton Jefferson, Seattle

47. TE Eric Ebron, Indianapolis
Give him an outstanding QB like he had with Andrew Luck in 2018 and he flourishes. Give him Jacoby Brissett and his productivity plunges, as his 2019 season was his worst since his rookie campaign.

48. OT Cordy Glenn, Cincinnati

49. DL Michael Brockers, L.A. Rams
A busy week for the Ravens’ defensive line sees Brockers join Calais Campbell, who will join Baltimore via a trade from Jacksonville.

50. OT Bryan Bulaga, Green Bay
51. QB Jameis Winston, Tampa Bay
52. RB Carlos Hyde, Houston
53. DL Shelby Harris, Denver
54. WR Breshad Perriman, Tampa Bay
55. DL Ndamukong Suh, Tampa Bay
56. G Greg Van Roten, Carolina
57. CB Brian Poole, N.Y. Jets
58. G/C Ben Garland, San Francisco
59. OT Andrew Whitworth, L.A. Rams
60. LB Blake Martinez, Green Bay

61. QB Marcus Mariota, Tennessee
Mariota will join the Raiders, likely taking them out of the Brady sweepstakes.

62. WR Demarcus Robinson, Kansas City
63. K Greg Zuerlein, L.A. Rams
64. RB Jordan Howard, Philadelphia
65. C B.J. Finney, Pittsburgh
66. P Laclan Edwards, N.Y. Jets

67. OT Halapoulivaati Vaitai, Philadelphia
He didn’t last long on the market, agreeing to terms with Detroit on the first day of the legal-tampering period on a five-year contract.

68. DL Timmy Jernigan, Philadelphia
69. CB Mackensie Alexander, Minnesota
70. WR Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona

71. OT Ricky Wagner, ex-Detroit
It didn’t take long for him to return to the state in which he played his college football:

72. LB Kamalei Correa, Tennessee
73. K Dan Bailey, Minnesota
74. Edge rusher Bruce Irvin, Carolina
75. OT Kelvin Beachum, N.Y. Jets
76. Edge rusher Vic Beasley, Atlanta
77. RB Lamar Miller, Houston

78. WR Randall Cobb, Dallas
ESPN reported that Cobb would join the Texans, agreeing to a three-year, $27 million contract.

79. S Tony Jefferson, ex-Baltimore
80. CB Tramon Williams, Green Bay
81. Edge rusher Adrian Clayborn, Atlanta
82. S Adrian Phillips, L.A. Chargers
83. C Ted Karras, New England
84. CB Logan Ryan, Tennessee
85. S Rodney McLeod, Philadelphia
86. TE Jason Witten, Dallas

87. LB Jamie Collins, New England
Collins’ best work came in New England when Matt Patricia was the Patriots’ defensive coordinator. Now he will reunite with his old boss on a three-year deal.

88. DL Mike Daniels, Detroit
89. Edge rusher Ziggy Ansah, Seattle
90. G Ron Leary, Denver
91. OT Demar Dotson, Tampa Bay
92. G Austin Peat, New Orleans
93. DL Damon “Snacks” Harrison, ex-Detroit
94. CB Trae Waynes, Minnesota

95. QB Case Keenum, Washington
Keenum reunites with his old position coach in Minnesota, Kevin Stefanski, to give the Browns a relief option behind Baker Mayfield.

96. TE Delanie Walker, Tennessee
97. OL Mike Remmers, N.Y. Giants

98. QB Chase Daniel, Chicago
Don’t focus on his low ranking here; instead look at the situation. For a team like the Broncos, Daniel could be the best backup option behind to help Drew Lock.

99. LB Wesley Woodyard, Tennessee

100. LS Casey Kreiter, Denver
Some team will get itself one of the most reliable long snappers in the game when signing the Pro Bowler.
