Colorado State men’s basketball announced Tuesday the signing of Logan Ryan to a National Letter of Intent.
In his final two seasons at Canton High School in Canton, Mich., Ryan earned all-conference honors. The 6-foot-9 forward averaged 14.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game as a senior in 2015-16. Ryan was recognized by the Detroit Free Press, being named to the All-West First Team.
Ryan’s junior year was nearly as impressive. as he averaged 13.6 points, 7.1 rebounds and 2.4 blocks in 2014-15. As an upperclassman, Ryan led the Chiefs to a combined 36-7 mark along with a Kensington Lakes Activities Association title and a KLAA South Division championship.
Said Larry Eustachy via a press release: “We are extremely excited about Logan. He has a tremendous ceiling on how good he can get. He is a great student and adds even more youth to our program.”
Ryan, who will be a freshman in the 2017-18 school year, joins Alonzo Tyson, Kris Martin and Raquan Mitchell as part of the season’s signing class.
