I know there are some serious audiophiles here. I am kind of one too. I have always required top-of-the-line headphones, no matter if I’m down to my last couple hundred bucks, and my stepfather, Mike, had some seriously good stereo equipment when I was growing up.

Imagine a kid in pajamas with massive headphones, listening to Kiss, Van Halen, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, circa late-night early 1980s while the folks are asleep. That was me. Wait, that still is me.
