Some uncut audio from the morning skate here:

First up, Erik Johnson, talking about how it’s “unfortunate” the NHL won’t be going to the Olympics this year, and how other guys need to pick up the slack with some top guys out.

And, what I think is a fun conversation with Anton Lindholm, who tries to reassure fans who might be freaking out about the injuries, and who gets the remote between him and his road roommate, Mikko Rantanen.

  • I always like hearing/reading stuff from EJ. He sometimes doesn’t filter his comments much.
Him saying the Avs aren’t going to over-talent anyone with top guys being out right now could rub some the wrong way.
But I appreciate the candor from The Condor.

And neat chat you had with Lindholm…not the typical question/answer crap that seems to get rolled out on a continuous loop.
