The Avs are playing some of their best hockey of the season, winning 12 of their last 14 with wins over Boston, Vegas, Dallas, and Toronto this month. Just one point behind the Winnipeg Jets for the top seed in the Central division, they’ll need to keep positive momentum going in their Canadian road trip.

The Senators are 15-and-23 on the season and 11-and-10 at home. With Tkachuk and Tim Stutzle leading the way there’s plenty of talent on the Sens top-six, including Claude Giroux. On the second night of a back-to-back, no opponent is easy.
