Can Christian Braun step into the Denver Nuggets' starting lineup and replicate the two-way play of Kentavious Caldwell-Pope? A regular season matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers from last season might begin to answer the question that could define this Nuggets' season.
Braun played just 40 minutes alongside the Nuggets' starters last year. Twenty-eight of those came in the regular season. Seventeen of those 28 came in a 124-114 win over the Lakers on March 2 where Braun started at shooting guard in place of Caldwell-Pope, who was away from the team due to personal reasons.
