Josh Scott, who played with the Denver Nuggets at the 2016 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas has signed with KK MZT Skopje of the Adriatic League, league sources told BSN Denver.
Scott, 23, had a memorable four-year run at the Universtiy of Colorado and went undrafted before hooking up with the Nuggets’ Summer League team this July. The 6-foot-10 Scott only appeared in two games and logged just 11 minutes for the Nuggets in Las Vegas.
KK MZT Skopje also plays in the Macedonian League and will play in the EuroCup this coming season, the latter of which is widely regarded as the second-best league in Europe. Last season Skopje won the Macedonian League and finished 10th out of 14 teams in the Adriatic.
Scott is the second free agent from Denver’s Summer League team to sign overseas. Center Ondrej Balvin inked a two-year deal with Bayern Munich earlier this week.
