The final home game for Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders’ first season as Colorado Football’s head coach is upon us. In a season full of highs and lows, Coach Prime has hosted many of the best recruits in the 2024 and 2025 recruiting classes. While this weekend’s list of visitors has a large group of local prospects heading to Boulder, one of the best and most versatile athletes in the country returns to Folsom Field for his second visit this season.

Below is a list of recruits who have publicly confirmed they will be in Boulder this weekend. All rankings are according to 247 Sports Composite rankings.

2024 four-star ATH, Kamron Mikell

Mikell is listed at 6-foot-1, 181 pounds and is the 101st overall recruit and 6th ranked athlete in the 2024 recruiting class. He is from Statesboro High School in Statesboro, GA.

This will be Mikell’s second time in Boulder after officially visiting for Colorado’s home opener against Nebraska. He is a two-way player for Statesboro and is one of the fastest recruits from the state of Georgia. Mikell plays quarterback, running back and defensive back but is viewed to be a future impact player in the secondary. He is the cousin and high school teammate of 2023 Colorado commit, Amontrae Bradford. On November 23rd, Mikell will commit to either Colorado, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky or Texas A&M.

2024 three-star RB, Micah Welch
