Colton starts the show with a short version of “The Breakdown” presented by O’Neills by talking about the latest news surrounding the American Raptors, USA Rugby, and all of the rugby you can watch this weekend (0:00-6:23). Following “The Breakdown”, Colton talks with USA Rugby and San Diego Legion wing/center Ryan Matyas about his rugby career, the Legion’s wild 2021 season, and the feeling around the Eagles as they head into this weekend’s World Cup qualifier against Canada following last week’s loss (6:25-41:10). Following the interview, Colton closes the show with “The Loop” (41:12-42:46).
