Following “The Breakdown”, Colton talks with Rugby World features editor Alan Dymock about his piece on the American Raptors, rugby players making the switch to professional wrestling, and why more rugby players haven’t stuck around in the NFL. Alan Dymock is the features editor of Rugby World magazine and rugbyworld.com. A loosehead prop in his playing days, Alan represented Scotland at two Junior World Championships (in Durban, South Africa, and Dubai, respectively). He joined Rugby World as a features writer in 2013, but has also contributed to The Independent, Evening Standard, CNN, and The Times & Sunday Times – he is also a regular panelist on their Ruck podcast. Alan specializes in long-reads and detailed studies of big-pictures issues within the game, as well as stories of far-flung events and quirky characters.
