Colton kicks this Colorado XO-heavy show off with “The Breakdown” by talking about XO prop Ma’ake Muti’s move to the Los Angeles Giltinis and Colorado’s upcoming match against Clemson before wrapping up with all of the rugby you can watch this weekend (0:00-12:15). After “The Breakdown”, Colton talks with Clemson Director of Rugby and former USA Eagle Troy Hall about his playing career, his thoughts on the Colorado XO program, and how he is preparing his team ahead of their match against the XOs (12:16-53:06). After the interview, Colton assigns some required listening for this week’s “Required Reading” and closes the show with “The Loop” (53:08-55:46).
