DNVR Rugby Podcast: A Conversation With USA Rugby CEO Ross Young

Colton Strickler talks about the switch from DNVR Raptors to DNVR Rugby to kick off this week’s edition of “The Breakdown” before jumping into a conversation with USA Rugby CEO Ross Young. Colton and Ross talk about how the deal with the City of Glendale came to be, what about the deal excites him, and what the future of USA Rugby looks like with the deal in place. After that, Colton answers a listener question regarding the dispersal draft and provides a preview of what’s coming with the podcast.

Ross Young was named CEO of USA Rugby in March 2019. He took over the role full-time after serving in the position on an interim basis since April 2018, when former CEO Dan Payne departed to lead Rugby Americas.
