Colton Strickler kicks off the show with ‘The Breakdown’ by talking about watching the RugbyTown 7s rebroadcast at the DNVR Bar this weekend, the weekly Super Rugby update, and what’s on tap for Premiership Rugby and PRO14. After a short version of ‘The Breakdown’, Colton has a conversation with Houston SaberCats fly-half and Major League Rugby’s all-time leading scorer Sam Windsor about all of the places rugby has taken him, how he keeps himself on the pitch, and what he’s been doing to keep himself busy during the long offseason. After the interview, Colton assigns two pieces required reading and closes the show with a reminder to join him at the DNVR Bar to watch the 2019 RugbyTown 7s rebroadcast in ‘The Loop.’
