DNVR Rugby Podcast: 2023 RugbyTown 7s with Jim Reed of Gorilla Rugby

Colton starts off the show by talking about the agenda for the 2023 RugbyTown 7s. Colton then chats with Gorilla Rugby’s Jim Reed about the history around his team, gearing up for RugbyTown 7s, and some players to watch ahead of the 11th edition on August 25-27. After the interview presented by the U.S. Coast Guard, Colton closes the show with The Loop.

Jim Reed helped launch Gorilla Rugby in North Texas in 2018. Despite being such a young program, Gorilla Rugby is set to compete in its third RugbyTown 7s tournament. After posting a 2-3 record in 2021 and a 1-4 record in 2022, the young side is ready to turn some head in 2023.
